Need to Add an Extra Day of Camp?

No problem. Some campers who are staying for two weeks or more may need to add an extra day of camp. This will be an extra arrangement so be sure to mention this when booking summer camp.

Summer Camp Refund Policy 

If you decline purchase of insurance, your Woodward at Copper Summer Camp has a limited refund policy.

Summer Camp Sessions paid in full - If you cancel outside of 30 days you will receive a 90% refund; if you cancel within 30 days no refund will be given*.

Summer Camp Sessions on a Payment Plan - Payment Plans require a non-refundable 15% down payment, as well as two equal payments of the remaining balance. Cancelling an online summer camp booking is possible 35 days prior to the start of that summer camp session, but no refunds will be given within 35 days of the start date*.

-Camp cannot be rolled over to another season or transferred to another individual.

Summer Camp insurance, offered by Travel Guard is available for purchase at the time of sale. If you choose to purchase insurance you can make a claim to Travel Guard to cover the cost of your Summer Camp purchase.
