Catalyst Terrain Park is now Open! (Dec. 26th)

Copper Mountain is proud to be home to the first Superpipe in North America for the 5th straight season. This year, Copper debuted a 22” pipe for the US Snowboarding Grand Prix at Copper and it didn’t take long for word to get around to the best Superpipe athletes on the planet... Copper hosted the US Snowboarding team and several international teams as they prepared for the Winter Olympics, not to mention skiers going so huge that we’re still not sure what to call those tricks.

• For the second year in a row, TransWorld Snowboarding named Copper ‘Top Ten Pipes’ in North America in the 2010 Resort Poll.
• In the 2010 Resort Awards, the readers of Skiing Magazine chose Copper Mountain as #7 for Best Park.
• SKI Magazine has once again rated Copper one of North America’s Top Resorts in their annual Reader Resort Survey; Copper is rated #9 in the Terrain Parks category.

Copper’s Park and Pipe offerings include the Main Vein Superpipe, Catalyst Terrain Park, Eagle Jib Park and Kidz Terrain Park. Copper's main terrain park Catalyst, located on the Loverly trail accessed by the American Flyer lift and generally opens in late December or early January.
